Home-Start Monmouthshire is committed to offering support, practical help and friendship to families who are suffering stress or difficulties. The scheme offers a unique core service, recruiting and training volunteers-who are useually parents themselves- to visit families in their own homes to offer informal, friendly and confidential support and give children the best possible start in life.
