TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF DISABLED PRESONS IN THE PARISH OF CHAPEL-EN-LE-FRITH (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DOVE HOLES AND SPARROWPIT WARD) AND THE PARISH OF CHINLEY, BUXWORTH AND BROWNSIDE AND THE URBAN DISTRICT OF WHALLEY BRIDGE.
