THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR JEWISH CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDING OR OTHER ASSISTANCE TO FACILITATE SUCH EDUCATION.
