1) THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS SUFFERING FROM SICKNESS, INJURY, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCE OR ILL USAGE
2) EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT ANIMALS AND THEIR CARE, TREATMENT AND WELFARE NEEDS
3) ADVANCING EDUCATION AND GOOD PRACTICE IN VETERINARY CARE
4) THE PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF CRUELTY AND RELIEF OF SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS GENERALLY
