Charitable objects
(A) TO PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE RUINS OF KNAPTOFT CHURCH AND THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS. (B) TO CONTINUE DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE RELIGIOUS SERVICES INAUURATED BY THE LATE MR A M SHARMAN. (C) TO ADMINISTER THE USE OF THE GROUND AS A PLACE OF BURIAL AND FOR THE DEPOSITING OF CREMATED REMAINS.
