THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF PEOPLE LIVING IN SOUTH ESSEX BY PROVIDING, DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING AN AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE COUNSELLING SERVICE.
