THE OBJECTS OF ONTRACK MUSIC SERVICES (THE “OBJECTS”) ARE THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC WHO OTHERWISE WOULD NOT HAVE THE FINANCIAL BACKING OR OPPORTUNITIES TO BE INVOLVED IN THE STUDY, PRACTICE AND APPRECIATION OF MUSIC AND THE ALLIED ARTS.
