FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT; TO PROVIDE THE RELIEF AND ASSISTANCE OF THOSE IN NEED, IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE, BY MAKING GRANTS TO OTHER REGISTERED CHARITIES IN THE UK, EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
