TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THOSE IN NEED BY PROVIDING TRAINING TO DOGS AND THEIR OWNERS WITH A DISABILITY IN CEREDIGION AND SURROUNDING AREA TO HAVE A TRAINED DOG FOR DAY TO DAY TASKS.
