PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING AND RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES, OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ATTEND OR HAVE ATTENDED A MAINTAINED PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH OF BENTHAM OR IN THE CASE OF FEMALES WHO ARE RESIDENT OR WHOSE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS ARE OR HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY THINK FIT.
