Charitable objects
(I) TO SUPPORT, ASSIST AND ENCOURAGE THE ESTABLISHMENT AND USE OF THE MUSEUM BELONGING TO THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL SITUATE IN THORPE END, MELTON MOWBRAY, IN THE COUNTY OF LEICESTER AND TO PROMOTE AND EXTEND ITS USE AND ENJOYMENT BY THE PUBLIC AS A MUSEUM AND TO DO ALL SUCH ACTS AND THINGS AS ARE REASONABLY NECESSARY TO FULFIL THESE OBJECTS. (II) TO UNDERTAKE AND EXECUTE ANY CHARITABLE TRUSTS WHICH MAY LAWFULLY BE UNDERTAKEN BY THE ASSOCIATION AND MAY BE NECESSARY TO ITS OBJECTS.
