TO CO-ORDINATE VOLUNTARY COMMUNITY SERVICE BEING UNDERTAKEN BY YOUNG PEOPLE IN CONGLETON DISTRICT, EITHER AS INDIVIDUALS OR SCHOOLS OR YOUTH ASSOCIATIONS BY THE RENDERING OF SERVICE TO THOSE OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AFFECTING THEM.
