The aim of the Belper Clusters Heritage Group is the repair and reinstatement of the four historic roads and pavements associated with the ?Clusters? housing built by the Strutt family for their mill workers. There are 108 properties in the catchment area They are in a Conservation Area within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site. (DVMWHS)
