TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF CHILDREN SUFFERING FROM TYPE 1 DIABETES WHO ATTEND DEWSBURY HOSPITAL, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT AND HELP TO PARENTS AND CARERS OF SUCH CHILDREN.
