TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE SUFFERING WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND DISABILITIES, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE WITH DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, STRESS AND PTSD, THROUGH COUNSELLING BY PROVIDING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT, TRAINED COUNSELLORS AND THE USE OF ART MEDIUMS SUCH AS PAINTING, SCULPTING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND CRAFTS TO ENCOURAGE A CREATIVE MEANS FOR THE BENEFICIARIES TO EXPRESS THEIR EMOTIONS.
