THE AIMS OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO:
• PROVIDE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE FOR NEW SHROPSHIRE FOSTER FAMILIES
• ENSURE THAT FOSTER FAMILIES' VIEWS INFLUENCE LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL POLICY
MAKING CONCERNED WITH LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND FOSTERING
• PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT AND WELL BEING OF LOOKED AFTER CHILDREN AND YOUNG
PEOPLE WHO ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SHROPSHIRE (LOCAL AUTHORITY) OR PLACED
WITHIN THE COUNTY.
