TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY AWARDING SCHOOLS IN ENGLAND THE “WORLD CLASS SCHOOLS QUALITY MARK”, AN AWARD THAT INVOLVES ASSESSING ALL STUDENTS AGAINST A FRAMEWORK OF SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES RELEVANT TO THEIR EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT WITH THE OVERALL AIM OF DEVELOPING STUDENTS, MOTIVATING THEM TO ACHIEVE HIGH STANDARDS AND PROMOTING EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE IN SECONDARY EDUCATION.
