We raise funds for the relief of sickness and the preservation of Health of patients of the Kleinwort Intermediary and Rehabilitation Centre, by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, support services and equipment, not normally provided by the statutory authorities. The Centre is located in Haywards Heath, West Sussex and serves the Mid Sussex area.
