TO ENCOURAGE SAFE AND ADEQUATE PROVISION FOR CHILDRENS PLAY. 4. TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERSONALITY AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THE CHILD THROUGH SCHOOLS AND PARENTS.
