THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS ATTENDING EMMBROOK SCHOOL, MAIDEN ERLEGH SCHOOL AND CHARTERS SCHOOL (SCHOOLS) ALL IN BERKSHIRE, IN PARTICULAR, BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A RESIDENTIAL FIELD STUDY CENTRE (CENTRE) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE STUDENTS OF THE SCHOOLS AND SUCH OTHER STUDENTS AS MAY BE AUTHORISED TO USE THE CENTRE.
