2.1 THE CHARITYÆS OBJECTS ARE RESTRICTED SPECIFICALLY, ONLY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO: 2.1.1 ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN AN ART GALLERY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO DISPLAY THE ARTWORK OF THE SOPER FAMILY; AND 2.1.2 ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING COURSES AND LECTURES IN THE SUBJECT OF ART AT AN EDUCATIONAL CENTRE TO BE ESTABLISHED AND MAINTAINED ON THE SAME SITE AS THE ART GALLERY.
