TO AWARD TO PERSONS WHO HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF FOURTEEN YEARS AND ARE UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY FOUR YEARS AND WHO WERE BORN IN THE AREA NOW COMPRISING THE BOROUGH OF HARTLEPOOL, HAVING BEEN BORN ELSEWHERE IN GREAT BRITAIN, HAVE, OR HAVE ONE PARENT WHO HAS LIVED IN THET AREA FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS, SCHOLARSHIPS TENABLE AT ANY INSTITUTION PROVIDING COURSES IN MUSICAL EDUCATION TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO STUDY MUSIC AT SUCH INSTITUTION.
