TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF THEIR NEGATIVE MENTAL HEALTH, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THESE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF MUSIC-BASED ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES.
