TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUFFRAGIST MOVEMENT WITH PARTICULAR FOCUS ON ELIZABETH WOLSTENHOLME-ELMY (1833-1918), A PROMINENT WOMEN’S RIGHTS CAMPAIGNER, IN THE TOWN OF CONGLETON WHERE SHE LIVED AND WITHIN CHESHIRE EAST AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS, THROUGH: - EXHIBITIONS, EDUCATIONAL TALKS, PRINTED MATERIAL, PROMOTIONAL EVENTS AND ANY OTHER RELEVANT MEANS; - A LASTING, PERMANENT MEMORIAL, STATUE OR ARTWORK IN A PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN THE TOWN OF CONGLETON TO CELEBRATE ELIZABETH WOLSTENHOLME-ELMY’S LIFE AND WORK.
