THE MAKING OR CONFERRING OF GRANTS ALLOWANCES OR OTHER BENEFITS TO THE EMPLOYEES OR FORMER EMPLOYEES OF STANTON AND STAVELEY LIMITED AT THE HOLWELL WORKS, ASFORDBY, MELTON MOWBRAY, LEICESTERSHIRE OR THE EMPLOYEES OR FOMER EMPLOYEES OF ANY OTHER EMPLOYER WHICH PARTICIPATES IN THE FUND ORTHE WIDOWS OR OTHER DEPENDANTS OF ANY SUCH EMPLOYEE FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR DISTRESS AMONGST SUCH PERSONS AT SUCH TIMES AND IN SUCH AMOUNTS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED.
