THE PROMOTION OF HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE PARISH OF PATTISHALL NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BY SUPPORTING THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR SWIMMING FOR CHILDREN AGED 4-11 WHO LIVE IN THE PARISH INCLUDING CURRENT PUPILS AND PROSPECTIVE PRESCHOOL AGE PUPILS OF PATTISHALL C.E PRIMARY SCHOOL REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY LIVE, PLUS OCCASIONAL CHILD GUESTS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE PARISH.
