Charitable objects
INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROVIDING AN ANNUAL PRIZE TO THE STUDENT TAKING THE CITY AND GUILDS OF LONDON INSTITUTE CRAFT CERTIFICATE IN CARPENTRY AND JOINERY AT THE COVENTRY TECHNICAL COLLEGE AFORESAID WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES IS THE MOST DESERVING OF THE PRIZE TO FACILITATE HIS EDUCATION IN RESPECT OF THE LEARNING OF CARPENTRY AND JOINERY.
