TO RELIEVE THOSE PEOPLE IN WILMSLOW AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS WHO ARE BLIND, OR ARE PARTIALLY-SIGHTED, OR WHO LABOUR UNDER SOME TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT INCAPACITY OF DISABILITY WHICH MAKES READING A STRAIN, BY THE PROVISION OF RECORDED TAPES.
