TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LLANSANTFFRAID AND THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH TH OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
