Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF KING'S ACADEMY BINFIELD & KING'S ACADEMY OAKWOOD BY PROVIDING AND/OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOLS, AND TO FURTHER THESE OBJECTS THE PTA MAY:
A. FOSTER MORE EXTENSIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF, PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ACADEMY;
B. ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH SUPPORT AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS ATTENDING THE ACADEMY, INCLUDING FUNDRAISING AND AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES;
C. STUDY AND DISCUSS MATTERS OF MUTUAL INTEREST RELATING TO THE EDUCATION AND WELFARE OF PUPILS.
