The charity is set up to collect used, second hand tools and then refurbish them. They are then forwarded to Tools With A Mission for arranging into occupational sets, eg carpentry, plumbing or mechanics kits. These are then sent to Africa to enable people to earn a living. The charity also collects sewing machines and haberdashery which are used for the same purpose.
