THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY SUPPORTING FEMALE ATHLETES AND SPORTING LEADERS IN MARGINALISED AND EXCLUDED REGIONS TO REALISE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AND BE EXCEPTIONAL AND INSPIRATIONAL ON AND OFF THE FIELD.
