THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN MEDWAY, KENT AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF VARIOUS SPORTS.
