Charitable objects
TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OR PRVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL RECREATION IN THE INTRESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE (WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE YOUTH FOR WHOM THE SAME ARE PROVIDED) FOR POOR DEPRIVEDYOUTH WHO ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS LIVING IN AND AROUND MOSS SIDE, MANCHESTER, AND THE MANCHESTER INNER CITY AND WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES, AND TO FURTHE THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH PERSONS.
