TO RELIEVE DISABLED PERSONS IN NEWPORT AND DISTRICT BY PROVIDING FACILITIES IN PARTICULAR WHEELCHAIRS AND SIMILAR EQUIPMENT WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR MOBILITY AND CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
