TO RLEIEVE WITHIN THE VALE ROYAL DISTRICT THE DISTRESS AND SUFFERING EXPERIENCED BY WOME WHO HAVE BEEN GRAVELY OR PERSISTENTLY MALTREATED BY THEIR HUSBANDS OR THE FARTHERS OF THEIR CHILDREN AND ANY CHILDREN OF SUCH WOMEN AD FOR THE RELIEF OF OTHER WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCE WHO ARE TEMPORARILY HOMELESS.
