II. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO SEXUAL ABUSE, INCLUDING DANGER SIGNS AND HOW ABUSE CAN BE IDENTIFIED AND ADDRESSED.
