Charitable objects

3.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO FURTHER: (A) THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF BIODIVERSITY AND THE SUSTAINABLE USE OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ECOLOGICAL PROCESSES; AND (B) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE. 'CHARITABLE PURPOSES' MEANS PURPOSES THAT ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES
