FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF CATS AND KITTENS IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION IN NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BY PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING RESCUE HOMES OR OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF NEUTERING, VACCINATIONS, MICROCHIPPING, AND PREVENTATIVE CARE.
