TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THOSE RESIDING IN COASTAL COMMUNITIES WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, ILL-HEALTH, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS, NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANISATIONS AND CHARITIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE WITH A FOCUS ON ACTIVITIES AND INITIATIVES THAT ADDRESS MENTAL HEALTH, HOMELESSNESS AND ADDICTION.
