THE OBJECTS ARE: TO RELIEVE THE NEED AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS AFFECTED BY DEMENTIA IN PENDLE, LANCASHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREA FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY: A. WORKING TO IMPROVE THE UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGE AND AWARENESS OF DEMENTIA AMONG THE PUBLIC. B. PROVIDE SUPPORT, EDUCATION, INFORMATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE. C. PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES OF INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES, WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY VIRTUE OF THEIR DEMENTIA.
