Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:
(1) TO SUPPORT STUDENTS IN TERTIARY EDUCATION BY THE PROVISION OF AN ANNUAL GRANT, PAYABLE FOR EACH YEAR OF STUDY.
(2) TO SUPPORT APPRENTICES BY THE PROVISION OF AN ANNUAL GRANT, PAYABLE FOR EACH YEAR OF STUDY/APPRENTICESHIP.
(3) TO PROTECT, ENHANCE AND PROMOTE THE CHARITY FIELDS HISTORICAL AND WILDLIFE RICHNESS WHILST ALSO EARNING AN INCOME.
[NOTHING IN THIS DEED SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CHARITY FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND/OR SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.]
