To provide a village hall for meetings, lectures, classes and other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the life of the parish of Drigg & Carleton inhabitants. To keep the property in proper repair and insure against loss or damageby fire and generally manage the same under the direction of the Parish Council.
