THE TREATMENT AND RELIEF OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM CONDITIONS WHICH WOULD OR MIGHT BE IMPROVED BY HEART OR HEART AND LUNG TRANSPLANTATION SURGERY AND WHO LIVE WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS OF THE NORTHERN, NORTH WESTERN, MERSEY, TRENT AND YORKSHIRE REGIONAL HEALTH AUTHORITIES.
