Charitable objects
TO PAY OR APPLY IN EACH YEAR NOT LESS THAN 75% OF THE INCOME FROM THE TRUST FUND RECIEVED FOR THAT YEAR TO THE CHARITIES PARTICULRS WHEREOF ARE SET OUT IN THE SCHEDULE TO PAY OR APPLY IN EACH YEAR NOT MORE THAN 25% OF THE INCOME FROM THE TRUST FUND TO ANY REGISTERED CHARITY OTHER THAN THE SCHEDULED CHARITIES.
