(B) ENCOURAGING OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH PARENTS MAY HELP THE CHILDREN.(C) FURTHERING THE AIM OF THE PRE-SCHOOL PLAYGROUPS ASSOCIATION.
