FOR THE ADVANCEMENT PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF EDUCATION AT THE HENRY HARBIN SCHOOL AND IN PARTICULAR THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A SCHOLARSHIP FOR A CURRENT PUPIL OF THE SCHOOL CONSIDERED BY THE TRUSTEES TO HAVE ACHIEVED THE GREATEST OVERALL ACADEMIC EXCELLANCE.
