(B) ENCOURAGING OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH THE PARENTS MAY HELP THE CHILDREN. (C) FURTHERING THE AIM OF THE PRE-SCHOOL PLAYGROUPS ASSOCIATION.
