THE CREATION OF AN INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC COLLEGE TO BE KNOWN AS 'WITH ITS HEADQUARTERS IN THE U.K. AND HAVING A NUMBER OF ASSOCIATED INSTITUTIONS ELSEWHERE IN THE WORLD FOR THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS IN HISTORY AND PRACTICE OF ISLAMIC SCIENCE AND ARABIC LANGUAGE.
