REPAIR THE FABRIC OF THE CHURCH WHEN REQUIRED AND TO APPLY ANY SURPLUS FUNDS OR INCOME IN THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CHURCH PROVIDE ALWAYS THAT THE FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF SHALL BE USED OR PAID OR APPLIED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
